Are you a founder in Cardiff?
The bottleneck is rarely the idea. It is the five decisions a month you are making alone with no one qualified to check them.
The Operator is a private, vetted membership for people building real things. Cardiff is a capital city compact enough to know itself. Government, broadcast media and one very large insurer anchor a professional class packed into a small footprint, so the same faces recur across sectors in a way they never would in a bigger city.

What most founders in Cardiff are dealing with
- No peer group operating at the same stage or ahead of it
- Advice from people who have read about the problem rather than had it
- Moving slowly because every decision is made from scratch
What membership gives you
- Direct access to operators who have already solved the specific problem
- The AI-agent working method this group runs on, applied to your business
- Shipping real systems in days rather than quarters
Members meet online and, in Cardiff, in person. Around Cardiff Bay, Capital Quarter, Pontcanna and the rooms you would expect: Heaneys, Asador 44, The Potted Pig.
